    How To Hit The Heavy Bag

    Sheffield, UK 🥊 hitting the heavy bag: working on maximum power 🥊 combination: measure range w/ lead hand, then throw cross + lead hook to body - use 1 or 2 punches at a time - use the correct range / distance for the punch - focus on using as much lower body & core rotation as possible w/ each punch - tight fists - exhale on impact - 100% effort w/ each punch, exert as much force & velocity as possible - be accurate 🇬🇧 it was a great experience being able to

    THANK YOU everyone who has trained, worked with / alongside me, been here in Box 'N Burn or just showed a face at the gym this year.
