I specialize in boxing fitness training for all levels & abilities, group, semi-private, corporate, couples & 1-1. Whether you've never worn a pair of boxing gloves or have competed professionally, no matter what your goals may be, our sessions will be second to none.
I believe boxing is the ultimate sport, physically & mentally, it is never easy, a challenge for life and requires you to push yourself to new limits, providing real physical benefits.
In my opinion there are very few (if any) fitness methods or forms of training that can provide the complete mental and physical benefits that boxing delivers every time.
Strength & Conditioning | Sports Performance
With my approach to coaching, I aim to develop athleticism at all levels, developing both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems, improving strength & mobility whilst training the body to react quickly and powerfully.

Background & Credentials
Born and raised in Blackburn, England, I have loved and been surrounded / involved with sports my whole life. I began boxing and competitive running in 2007, shortly after permanently moving to Los Angeles, CA.
I am a very passionate & driven fitness professional specializing in boxing fitness. I revel in sharing my years of acquired knowledge & experience, and thrive on seeing progress made in others.
Since 2012, I have been the Fitness Director and Head Coach at
Box 'N Burn in Los Angeles, CA.
(named CA's #1 gym by Men's Fitness & Yelp 2015, named LA's best Boxing class 2016 by Time Out Magazine).
I am the co-creator and co-owner of the Box 'N Burn Academy, a boxing certification program born out the success of California's #1 boxing Fitness gym (Box 'N Burn). The certification courses (live & online) educate fitness professionals & boxing / fitness enthusiasts in the methods of boxing fitness, effective coaching, marketing & more.
