Nike GO LA 10k race in Los Angeles, CA w/ my boys Josh Dun, Frank Zummo & my coach Moses McGilvery. —— Felt good to be back racing, had so much fun & can’t wait to race again. This was my 1st race since 2013! If you’re struggling for training motivation, or plateauing w/ your training, sign up for a race, a great way to drive you to push your limits & reward your efforts. —— The training leading up to this race wasn’t as frequent as I would have liked, but it was fun to feel like I had something to work towards and I set myself a goal of breaking 40 mins. —— Thank you @nikerunning & @nikelosangeles for everything.
