Amazing weekend at the EXOS facility in Phoenix, AZ. Can't say enough good things about this company, one of the best in the industry as far as sports performance coaching & education, and one of the premier human performance centers in the world. This weekend's strength & power performance certification course has humbled, educated, motivated and inspired me, you definitely never stop learning in this game, and this weekend I learned from the very best. Many thanks to Eric Dannenberg for incredible lectures and hands-on education, you're the man. Looking forward to getting back again next year for the mentorship programs and speed courses.
