Congratulations to all the newly certified Level 1 Box 'N Burn Trainers! Had a great time teaching the Box 'N Burn Academy boxing & fitness certification course at Title Boxing Club in Orlando, FL. The first one we've done in Florida, the standard was great, and such a good group of humble, passionate trainers all wanting to expand their knowledge and incorporate boxing into their fitness programs.
